By creating an account or using The Hit Predictor ("THP"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2) Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the security of your account.
3) Use of the Service
- Predictors agree to provide honest ratings and feedback.
- Clients agree to upload content they have rights to use and share.
- You may not misuse the platform, interfere with others, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
4) Content & Licenses
Clients grant THP a limited, non-exclusive license to host and stream uploaded tracks to matched listeners for testing purposes. Predictors grant THP a license to use ratings and comments to generate reports.
5) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.
6) Prohibited Content
No illegal, infringing, or hateful content. THP may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7) Reporting & Exports
Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes. You are responsible for decisions made based on THP reports.
8) Fees, Payments & Program Offers
Fees, research scope, song and project limits, eligibility windows, and promotional conditions are shown on the applicable program page, order, or invoice at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. Each project must cover one artist unless THP agrees otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Unless an invoice or written agreement states otherwise, payment is due before research begins. Referral credits are promotional, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be denied for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraud, or abuse.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using THP at any time.
10) Disclaimers
THP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of Liability
THP and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of THP after changes means you accept the new terms.
